Don Molano Coffee currently ships orders to addresses within the United States. Orders normally leave our fulfillment location within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
Transit and delivery
After an order ships, carrier transit time can vary by destination, carrier volume, weather, and other conditions outside our control. A shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided when available.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
Because coffee is an ingestible food product, coffee products are non-returnable and non-refundable for safety reasons.
Damaged or defective orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and problem so we can review the claim.
After review, Don Molano Coffee may provide a replacement or refund for an approved damaged or defective claim. Please do not consume a product if its packaging appears compromised, and retain the product and packaging until we provide next steps.
